Crack Comics No 3 Comix Book Movie

According to Bob Stump...there are some rather startling first...in this issue...here is his comment--The book is in nice shape. It has a nice Clock (1st costumed hero original to comic books) cover & story -- & Lou Fine's Black Condor. Also Quality's transvestite hero, Madame Fatal.
